Sipario is founded by Persis Shah, a storyteller and creative director with a deep passion for wine. Her journey began during her travels through Europe, and was shaped further through workshops in Bordeaux and Tuscany. She holds a WSET Level 1 & Level 2 with distinction. Sipario reflects her vision of a modern wine club—where culture, aesthetics, and connection come together through a thoughtfully designed lifestyle experience.
